Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership (FRNP) is committed to offering a fair and equitable opportunity for small, small disadvantaged, women-owned small, service-disabled veteran-owned small, and HUBZone small businesses to complete the Paducah deactivation and environmental remediation project.

FRNP supports the small business objectives of the Department of Energy and recognizes that diversity in subcontracting provides a vital link to the local community, strengthens the economy and represents best business practices.  FRNP will subcontract more than 30% of the work with 50% going to small businesses.

Suppliers interested in doing business with FRNP must complete a “Supplier Data Sheet”. The form, along with any relevant information regarding your Company’s capabilities, should be forwarded to:  FRNPProcurement@pad.pppo.gov.

Four Rivers NP procurement activities are conducted in a manner that fosters the highest degree of ethical conduct and public trust. Any conflict of interest or even the appearance of a conflict of interest will be avoided or mitigated. Subcontract Opportunities 

The following is a partial list of supplies and services that may be required by FRNP:

-Administrative support -RAD protection
-Records management support -Waste transportation
-IT support -D&D activities of non-nuclear facilities
-Office supplies, including computers -Construction activities related to optimization of utility system, construction of S&S infrastructure
-Environmental monitoring -Laboratory analyses
-Well drilling and groundwater well maintenance -Equipment rental and purchases, including those for excavations or to supply emergency equipment
-Site GIS support, including the public interface -Tools, equipment, purchases and/or maintenance
-Groundwater Modeling -Laundry service
-Medical support and physicals -Surveillance & Maintenance of non-nuclear buildings
-Training -Surveying
